Her journey began at the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, where she worked in the Complex Litigation Unit on high-stakes consumer protection and mass tort cases. Here, she witnessed firsthand the systemic challenges that firms and victims faced—and the extraordinary impact of well-organized, ethical legal service. She later managed a mortgage company, further sharpening her insight into the urgent need for reliable, cost-effective legal support solutions.
What followed was Prestige: a firm built on Jennifer’s vision of combining personalized service with national reach. Today, the company serves over 3,500 title and escrow companies, as well as prestigious law firms and corporations including White & Case, Vedder Price, and Morgan & Morgan. Her leadership has resulted in over half a billion dollars in settlements and a growing reputation as an industry trailblazer.
